FAQ
Are your tables waterproof?
Yes, our tables are completely waterproof. You can give your pets a bath on top of the table without worrying about damaging it. However, never fully submerge your table underwater, especially for an extended period of time.
What is the weight limit for the tables?
For our medium and large tables, we have tested them up to 175lbs, but would not recommend going over 200lbs. The Airline, Small, and Ringside tables easily hold up to 100lbs.
Which arm goes with which table?
Each table can work with a variety of arms, it depends on how large your dog is and how well behaved they are on the table. Typically you'll want to use the large or heavy-duty arm with the large-breed table. The medium-breed table works well with a large/heavy duty arm or a medium arm. The large arm has a sturdier clamp so you may want to use that arm if your dog doesn't like being on the grooming table, or if they are a taller breed. The medium arm with the terrier head is designed specifically for the small-breed table, as it is exactly the width of that table. You can use a small arm or a medium arm with the airline table, however the medium arm will not fit in a standard suitcase.
What makes your tables different?
Our tables are hand-made in the USA by a small team. They are not mass-produced using the cheapest materials available. From our aircraft-grade aluminum legs, to our composite lightweight tabletop, every material has been chosen deliberately to offer the best balance between lightweight and durable. These materials and method of production come at a high cost, but our tables should last for decades. Other tables use cheap and heavy materials like particle board and plastic. They all have the same folding legs as every other table out there and offer no adjustability. Our legs are adjustable in height, as strong or stronger as those other legs, and a fraction of the weight.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping companies prefer small, easy to move packages and charge by dimensions. Even though our tables are light, the size of the package matters more and we get charged higher prices for having larger packages. A lot of companies offer free shipping these days, but that only means they have already included the cost of shipping into the price for the product. We prefer to show exactly what you are paying for.
Will you be attending dog shows?
We intend to start going to shows in/near Colorado starting soon. We will make announcements of which shows we will be attending on our Facebook page.
